Booking Policy

1. Reservation and Payment

  • A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance will be pay in cash at the moment of boarding.

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, Cash.

 

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund of any payments made.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date.

  • In the event of a no-show, the full tour cost will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.

  • All refundable cancellations will apply a 10% penalty for admin expenses.

 

3. Weather Policy

  • Fishing tours are subject to weather conditions, and safety is our top priority.

  • We are not responsible for any cancellations or changes to the tour itinerary due to adverse weather conditions.

  • In the event of a cancellation due to weather, we will offer an alternative date for the tour or a full refund of any payments made.

 

4. Changes to Reservations

  • Any changes to your reservation (e.g., number of participants, tour date) must be requested at least 2 days in advance.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

5. Liability

  • Participants join the tour at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.

  • It is recommended that participants have their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Participant Requirements

  • All participants must comply with the safety instructions provided by the tour guide.

  • Any participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
